To apply Trade Fast PU Cartridges, Action Adhesives advise the following steps.
Make sure surfaces that need to be bonded are clean, and are free of both dust and grease
Cut the nozzle, giving you a 3mm bead, and then cut off the end of the cartridge and attach the nozzle. You should then insert the cartridge to the applicator gun.
You should apply a bead of adhesive to one of the substrates surfaces.
Apply pressure by bringing the two parts together ensuring intimate contact.
Keep the bondline under pressure, and wait until a hand tight bond is achieved.
